Piotr Żebrowski
Piotr Żebrowski is a chef for whom cooking is a journey—both literally and metaphorically. He began his culinary path in 2009 at the Sheraton Hotel and gained experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in England, as well as at the United States Embassy. Today, he is associated with InAzia and deeply passionate about Asian cuisine, which he explored at its source while traveling through China, Japan, and India. In his cooking, balance is key: crunchiness and softness, sweet and savory, tradition and a creative, personal twist.
