What is Omakase 

Omakase is a form of Japanese dining, which means "I will leave it up to you"
Guests are taking a seat at the special table near the window overlooking the kitchen. After the conversation about your preferences with the chief, you will get a set of the high-end  signature dishes.

1. Choose menu: 6-course - 430 PLN per person, 9-course - 495 PLN per person

2. Select your favorite ingredients among:
Meats: lamb loin, beef loin, duck, quinea fowl, veal, entrecote, beef cheeks, venison
Fish & Seafood: turbot, tuna, snails, oyster, jumbo prawns, calamari, octopus, mussels
Vegetables & Herbs: bok choy, asparagus, enoki mashrooms, water spinach, algae sea lettuce, kale, papaya
Spices & Additives: curry, coconut, Thai basil, passion fruit, chilli, pitahaya, micro sprouts, coriander
